Brad Walker

Brad Walker is a highly experienced leader in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Acting Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Elexicon Energy Inc. since October 2019. Previously, Brad held various managerial roles at Hydro One, including Manager of Employee & Labour Relations and Labour Relations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing labor relations and nurturing relationships with union representatives. At Ontario Power Generation, Brad advanced from Manager to Senior Manager of Labour Relations, providing strategic guidance to HRBPs and managing collective bargaining processes. Brad's career began at Ford Motor Company as a Labour Relations Consultant. Brad holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business and Political Science from Brock University.
