Nam Nguyen

Nam Nguyen has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as a C# .NET developer at AM-Agrichemist from October 2013 to March 2015, working on website projects. From March 2015 to August 2020, Nam worked at KMS Technology, Inc., starting as an SQA and later becoming a QA Engineer. In these roles, they utilized various skills such as Agile/Scrum, Bugzilla, manual testing, devices testing, Selenium C#, Katalon Automation tool, Cypress, NodeJS, SVN, XMind, and Git/GitHub. They performed UI and backend testing, managed data, and configured products TIA and LD. In 2020, Nam joined FPT Software as a Fullstack QA. They are currently employed at Elfie as a Software Engineer in Test, starting from May 2023. No end dates are provided for their most recent roles.

Nam Nguyen received a Bachelor's Degree in Web Development from Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I in March 2017 from scrum.org, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in May 2013 from IIG Vietnam, Microsoft Certified Professional in April 2013 from the Prometric Center, and HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates in June 2020 from KMS Technology, Inc.
