Denise Gilliam

Denise Gilliam, MS, SHRM-SCP, PHR, serves as the Director of Inclusion & Outreach at Elford, Inc. since July 2022, focusing on community inclusivity in construction services. Prior to this role, Denise held the positions of Director of HR & Inclusion and Community Outreach Coordinator at Elford, Inc. from 2008 to 2022. Denise holds a Master of Science in Human Services from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kent State University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Theater from New Mexico State University.
