Aden Johnson

Aden Johnson's work experience started in 2018 at NN, Inc. as a Machine Operator, where they operated CNC machines and performed additional duties such as housekeeping and quality control. This role provided him with an understanding of the manufacturing process and engineering drawings. In 2020, they joined Elgin Fastener Group as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, then progressed into the role of Manufacturing Engineer and currently holds the position of Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Engineer.

Aden Johnson attended Wellington High School from 2013 to 2017. During this time, Aden did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. After completing high school, Aden enrolled at The University of Akron and studied Mechanical Engineering from 2017 to 2022, earning a Bachelor's degree in the process.
