Efrain (Mark) Limardo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Efrain (Mark) started their career as a Missile Technician in the US Navy, serving on a submarine from 1986 to 1992. After leaving the navy, they joined Hill-Rom as a Manufacturing Engineer, working from 1995 to 2000. Efrain (Mark) then moved to Valeo as a Senior Process/Methods Engineer from 2000 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Jasper Group as a Plant Manager/Continuous Improvement role. Efrain (Mark) then joined Elgin Fastener Group as a Plant Engineer in 2010, and finally, they joined Ultradent Products, Inc. in 2017 as a Process/Mfg. Engineer, supporting plastic injection molding for dental medical device platforms.

Efrain (Mark) Limardo began their education in 1993 at Trident Technical College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Efrain (Mark) studied there for two years, until 1995. Subsequently, in 1996, they enrolled at Indiana Wesleyan University and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Their field of study during their time at Indiana Wesleyan University was Management.
