Joe K.

Joe K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joe began their career at Dana Incorporated in 1993, where they held various roles such as Manufacturing Specialist, Accounting Specialist, Production Control and Inside Sales Manager. Joe then transitioned to become an Oracle ERP Project Manager from 1997 to 2000 before taking on the role of Senior Business Analyst from 2000 to 2004. Joe then became the Plant Manager at Dana Incorporated from 2004 to 2007.

Following their time at Dana Incorporated, Joe joined Coupled Products LLC in 2007 as the Director of Supply Chain and Systems. Joe later served as the Director of Operations and Systems in 2008, and eventually became the President and General Manager from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Joe joined MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions as the Managing Director, and then moved to DESTACO in 2012 as the Director of Americas Operations.

Joe's career then took him to Schneider Electric in 2017, where they held the position of Vice President, Global Operations for Schneider Electric's Video Line of Business, Pelco, Inc. until 2019 when Pelco was divested.

Most recently, Joe has been working at Elgin Fastener Group since 2019. Joe initially served as the Vice President and General Manager until April 2021, and then transitioned to their current role as the Chief Operating Officer.

Joe K. has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bowling Green State University.
