Joe Shoemaker

Joe Shoemaker has a comprehensive work experience in marketing and business development. Joe has held various leadership positions in different companies. Joe was the Vice President of Marketing at Elgin Fastener Group, where they led strategic planning efforts for growth. Prior to that, Joe served as the Vice President of Marketing at DRB Systems, LLC, where they managed brand integration and strategic planning. Joe also worked as the VP of Marketing & Business Development at Clifton Steel Company, overseeing all aspects of marketing and business development. Before that, Joe held multiple roles at Paladin Attachments, including Director of Marketing, Senior Market Manager, and Market Manager, where they successfully launched new products, managed a global team, and developed marketing strategies. Joe began their career as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Adalet, a division of Scott Fetzer / Berkshire Hathaway, where they led marketing activities and managed a team. Throughout their career, Joe has consistently demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, market development, brand management, and leadership.

Joe Shoemaker obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing from Youngstown State University. Joe also holds additional certifications in Marketing Strategy: Competitive Intelligence and Sales Pipeline Management, obtained from LinkedIn in February 2023.
