LeeAnn Heppner, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. LeeAnn worked at Elgin Fastener Group from 2015, starting as an HR Generalist and Benefits Administrator, where they handled centralized benefits for the company, worked directly with benefit vendors, and coordinated open enrollment and benefit program implementations. LeeAnn Heppner, SHRM-CP, completed their education at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2007 to 2010. LeeAnn earned their Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General during this time. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Business Administration and Management, General Cum Laude from the same institution.

In terms of certifications, LeeAnn obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2020. LeeAnn also completed the SHRM HR Essentials program in September 2020.
