Mike Hughes has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike started their career at Ohio Rod Products in 1993, where they held various roles including Inside Sales/Inventory Control and later became the Sales Manager. In 2011, they joined Elgin Fastener Group-Versailles/Osgood Division as part of the Operations team. Mike worked for the company for six years before being promoted to the role of VP/General Manager-Versailles/Osgood in 2017. Mike has a strong background in operations and sales management.
Mike Hughes attended Ball State University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration.
