Stormy Hickman

Stormy Hickman, Ed.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning at Elgin ISD, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Stormy held various leadership roles at College Station ISD, including Principal, Executive Director of Elementary Education, and Director of Talent Management, from June 2019 to July 2024. Stormy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University, earned in May 2022.
