Casper Ryborg Simmelsgaard

Casper Ryborg Simmelsgaard has extensive maritime experience, currently serving as Marine Superintendent and Deputy DPA at Scandlines since August 2021, where responsibilities include quality and safety management. Simmelsgaard co-founded Gas2Green and has held various positions at DFDS, including Deck Officer and Dual Officer Cadet. With additional experience as a projectionist and crew member, Simmelsgaard has a diverse background that includes leadership roles, such as President of Maritime Studerende Danmark. Education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Chief Engineer and Master Mariner from SIMAC, alongside various certifications in aviation and emergency management.
