Sandra Akers

Sandra Akers has extensive experience in training and staff development, currently serving as the Staff Development Coordinator at Elgin Mental Health Center since October 2016. In this role, Sandra is responsible for providing and coordinating training for new hires while ensuring compliance with online training requirements. Previously, Sandra worked as a paraprofessional at Rotolo Middle School from August 2009 to October 2016. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, earned from 1981 to 1983.
