Tanya Dallas Lewis

Tanya Dallas Lewis is an experienced educational equity consultant currently working with Think Dignity (TD, Inc.) since June 2022 and serving as the Cultural Unity & Equity, Staff Development and Title IX Coordinator for Jefferson County Schools, WV since January 2020. In this role, Tanya focuses on cultural diversity development and programming to support staff and students while addressing the needs of underserved populations. Previous positions include anti-racist and anti-oppression advocacy at the Contemporary American Theater Festival and teaching various grades in Berkeley County Schools. Tanya's extensive background in media production includes roles as Traffic Manager and Producer at Ion TV, where responsibilities included managing program logistics and hosting local public affairs segments. Tanya is pursuing an education degree at Wheeling University and holds a degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from George Mason University.
