Joseph Vinnai

Joseph Vinnai is an experienced virtualization engineer, currently serving as a Principal Virtualization Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company since November 2025. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Duncan Solutions as an End-User Compute Engineer, where responsibilities included leading the migration and rebuild of end-user computing infrastructure post-acquisition and implementing IGEL OS management infrastructure. Joseph's earlier positions include Citrix/System Administrator II at Duncan Solutions and Reliability Operations Center Engineer at Genesys, contributing to incident management and troubleshooting of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Joseph began the career journey as an intern in Information Technology at Navient and has developed a strong skill set in network operations, system administration, and technical support, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Network Infrastructure from Ivy Tech Community College.
