Kapil Kamat

Kapil Kamat is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of Technology at Eli Lilly and Company since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kapil was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Paytm from May 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included developing risk and fraud detection technology for financial services. Kapil has also held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Amazon from August 2013 to May 2023, focusing on tech strategy across various business segments, including Supply Chain. Earlier experience includes a Senior Engineering Manager role at Toshiba Software India P. Ltd. and a Tech Lead position at EFI. Kapil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.
