Leila Jafari

Leila Jafari is a Principal Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company, where they contribute to drug development efforts. Prior to this role, Leila worked as a Scientific Researcher for the Provincial Government of Quebec, investigating cell and tissue responses to therapeutic interventions. They also served as a Research Associate at AllenLab, managing studies through various drug development stages, and held the position of Director of Industrial Partnerships, focusing on fostering and managing industry collaborations. Leila earned a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, where they also completed a master's degree, and holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
