Mary Moss Chandran

Mary Moss Chandran is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on cardiometabolic health and solid organ transplant. Currently serving as Associate Director - Medical Science Liaison at Eli Lilly and Company since November 2025, Mary has previously held roles as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner at UNC Health and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist positions at Children's Hospital Colorado and University of Maryland Medical Center. Mary began the pharmacy career as a PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Specialty Pharmacy Resident and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at UNC Health Care.
