Megan Barra

Megan Barra currently serves as the Director of Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications at Eli Lilly and Company since October 2025, following a role in the same capacity at Verve Therapeutics from April 2025 to October 2025. Prior to that, Megan held the position of Medical Director and Associate Director of Scientific/Medical Affairs at Marinus Pharma from January 2022 to April 2025. Megan's earlier experience includes serving as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Neuroscience and Neurocritical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital from August 2017 to January 2022, as well as completing a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency and a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital from May 2011 to June 2017, alongside work as a Pharmacy Intern. Megan earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Northeastern University in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy Studies from the same institution in 2014.
