Annelien Dewagtere

Annelien Dewagtere is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and business development. Currently serving as the M&A and Business Development Manager at Elia since August 2023, Annelien previously worked as a Project Manager at Dewagtere Engineering NV from July 2021 to July 2023, leading digital transformation projects and managing client negotiations. Prior to that, Annelien held the role of Consultant at TMC from September 2019 to June 2021, specializing in bio-instrumentation and industrialization projects. Early career experiences include internships at EDP and SOFICS, focusing on electrical distribution and circuit design. Annelien holds a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven and a Master’s degree in Electronic Circuits and Systems Engineering as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ghent University.
