Tanguy Demol

Tanguy Demol is a seasoned professional currently serving as the O&SE Manager for Network Operations at Elia Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tanguy worked as a Management Consultant at Phinest from August 2022 to January 2025 and gained experience as a Technical Project Manager at STIB-MIVB, focusing on new TNG trams acquisition from September 2019 to September 2022. Tanguy also contributed to Toyota Motor Europe as a Body Design Engineer from September 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included designing interior plastics and enhancing the sensory quality of the interiors. Earlier in Tanguy's career, Tanguy served as a Tutor at Université catholique de Louvain in 2013-2014, leading exercise sessions for engineering students in various subjects. Tanguy holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in energy from École polytechnique de Louvain, earned between 2008 and 2014.
