Dillon Rubalcava

Dillon Rubalcava currently serves as the Special Events and Advancement Services Coordinator at Eliada Homes, where responsibilities include coordinating fundraising events and community engagement efforts. Previously, Dillon was an Education Instructor at Greensboro Science Center, leading educational activities and events. Dillon also gained experience as a Scientific Writer in the Biobehavioral Research on Addiction and Emotions Laboratory at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, contributing to academic publications and data analysis. As President of GlobeMed, Dillon managed logistics and public relations for large-scale events and recruited volunteers. Additional experience includes positions as Lab Manager and Lab Staff in the same research lab, overseeing data collection and ensuring compliance with ethical standards, along with roles as a Writing Coach and Direct Support Professional. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
