Steven Damon

Steven Damon has a strong background in finance and operations management. Steven currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Management Operations at Eliant Trade Finance LP since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Vice President ABL / Factoring Manager at First Florida Integrity Bank from February 2019 to December 2021.

From June 2014 to February 2019, Steven worked at Bibby Financial Services as a Vice President Operations Manager, where they managed a team of 13 individuals and oversaw the success and development of the office. Steven also worked as a Relationship Manager at Bibby Financial Services from April 2012 to June 2014.

Before Bibby Financial Services, Steven was an Auditor at Aldermore Invoice Finance from April 2010 to March 2012, where they audited and surveyed invoice discounting and full factoring clients. Prior to that, they worked as an Auditor at Close Invoice Finance Ltd from October 2005 to March 2010, where they performed risk assessments and due diligence on clients.
