Caroline Garrison

Caroline Garrison has a long and varied work experience. Caroline began their career in 1998 as Global Director of Marketing at SAFC Bioscences, a division of Sigma-Aldrich Fine Chemicals. In 2005, they moved to Invitrogen as Senior Director Marketing Operations / Cell Culture Systems Division. In 2006, they became Vice President International Services at B.E. Smith. Caroline then moved to Schroer Manufacturing - Shor-Line in 2008 as an Internal Consultant. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Merck KGaA as Senior Director - Biomanufacturing Tools. Caroline then joined Bayer HealthCare in 2010 as Global Project Leader - Animal Health. In 2013, they moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific as Marketing Director - Americas. In 2016, they became Global Head of Marketing - Global Business Unit Pharma at Roquette Freres. In 2017, they joined Bomy & Company as Business and Marketing Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as Management Director at ELIAS Animal Health.

Caroline Garrison attended William Jewell College from 1981 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations.
