Ben Crosby

Ben Crosby has extensive work experience in the IT staffing and recruiting industry. Ben began their career in 2000 as an IT Consultant and Java/J2EE Developer at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Ben then joined iSymmetry in 2002, where they held various recruiting leadership roles and served as a Senior IT Recruiter. In 2015, Ben joined Principle Solutions Group as a Senior Technical Recruiter, working across multiple locations in the US. In 2017, Eliassen Group and Principle Solutions Group merged, and Ben continued their career with Eliassen Group as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Ben later took on the role of Lead Technical Recruiter before being promoted to Director of Recruiting in January 2022. Ben's experience spans over 20 years and includes software development, testing, network assessment, and IT consulting.

Ben Crosby attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a BBA degree. Ben'sdual degree focused on Management Information Systems (MIS) and Finance. In addition to their academic pursuits, Ben also holds certifications, including an AWS Partner accreditation in Business (Digital) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems.
