Chad Durden

As vice president of the Southwest region, Chad is responsible for all sales, recruiting, and operations for Eliassen Group from Texas to the West Coast. Chad’s charter is to grow current Eliassen Group offices and teams, as well as drive westward expansion by opening new offices to support our geographically expanding client base.

Chad has been in the technology consulting and staffing industry for over 20 years. He began his career as a technical recruiter and moved up through sales, management, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Chad worked in the industry at Kforce and TEKsystems.

Chad is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management. Over his time in the industry, he has excelled at growing people in their careers and significantly scaling offices and regions.
