Cindy McGinley

Cindy McGinley has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Cindy currently works as a Principal - Client Service at Eliassen Group and has been in this position since 2018. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Client Service at Credere Group from 2018 to 2020. Prior to these roles, Cindy held the position of Client Service Director at RGP (Resources Global Professionals) from 2014 to 2018, where they were responsible for business development and managing client relationships in the Finance and Accounting service line. Cindy also worked as the West Region Recruiting Director at Experis from 2008 to 2014, overseeing a team of recruiters in multiple locations across the Western region of the United States. Cindy's earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Director at Great-West Life from 2002 to 2008, where they managed the Healthcare Finance/Accounting and Controller's Divisions. Cindy also worked as the CFO/VP Finance for the Women's Pro Softball League from 1997 to 2002, overseeing finance and human resources functions. Lastly, Cindy spent a significant portion of their career at Deloitte & Touche, starting as a Senior Audit Manager and eventually becoming the Director of HR. In this role, they managed all human resource activities for a 200-person organization and played a key role in hiring, talent management, and benefits administration.

Cindy McGinley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University. Cindy also has studied accounting at the University of Colorado Denver.
