Luca Barboni

Luca Barboni is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading business units within Elica and Fime S.p.A. As Managing Director of BU Cooking at Elica since September 2009, Luca has overseen global operations, sales, marketing, and P&L management. Previous roles include Managing Director of BU Motors and Chief Operating Officer of the Motors Division at FIME-Elica, where strategic restructuring and business plan execution contributed to significant sales growth and efficiency improvements. Luca's career highlights also include serving as Key Account Manager and R&D Project Leader, focusing on client management and product development. Luca holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche and has completed several executive education programs at prestigious institutions.
