Lara Kauss

Lara Kauss has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lara most recently worked at ELICIT PLANT as a Senior Executive Assistant to the VP, where they were responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Board of Directors and Executive Team. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Executive Assistant and Business Intelligence Analyst at Gedeon Richter do Brasil, where they supported the CEO and Executive Team. Lara also worked at Acquisition Group, Inc. as a Trilingual Executive Assistant to the Chairman, handling translations and communication tasks. Lara has previous experience as a Trilingual Executive Assistant at Serviços Jurídicos and as an Assistant Consultant at Eli Lilly and Company and Abbott.

Lara Kauss completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Universidade Federal Fluminense in the period from 1988 to 1993. Lara then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Total Quality Management - ISO 9001 from the same university, graduating in 2003. Following their MBA, Lara went on to obtain another Bachelor's degree, this time in Portuguese Language and Brazilian Literature, from Centro Universitário Plínio Leite between 2003 and 2007.
