Massimo Dall'Olio

Massimo Dall'Olio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and human resources management. Currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at Elidea and a Senior Consultant, Trainer, and Coach at Elidea Psicologi Associati since 2013, Massimo specializes in soft skills training, needs assessment, and proposal writing. Previously, Massimo held various roles at INTERSOS, including HR Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed staff relation management, recruitment processes, and project oversight for initiatives funded by UNICEF and UNHCR. Massimo's early career included positions at Enel SpA and creyf's interim, where skills in training needs assessment and office management were honed.
