Morad began their career as a Human Resources Officer at ERBIL ROTANA HOTEL in 2010, where they efficiently managed all aspects of human resources for the field office. Morad then worked as a Customer Care representative at Allai Newroz Telecom Group from 2011 to 2013. After that, they joined Worldtkt as a Project Manager Assistant, where they assisted the project manager in sales strategies and marketing initiatives. In 2014, Morad became a Travel Administrator at Dreamholiday, coordinating various office support services and handling business travel arrangements.

In 2016, Morad advanced to the role of Operations Manager at Dreamholidays, taking responsibility for sales, strategizing to achieve sales targets, marketing the business, and managing budgets. Additionally, they coordinated travel arrangements and ensured the smooth running of tours. During their time at Dreamholidays, Morad also served as an Account Manager, focusing on corporate sales and developing relationships in the travel and tourism sector.

In 2018, Morad worked as a Key Account Manager at Moonline Travel and Trade, where their responsibilities included appointing retailers and agents, maintaining sales reports, and achieving sales targets. Morad also co-founded Taurus booking in the same year, establishing the company's vision, managing product development, and leading teams.
