Vicky Bodhani is the Chief Operating Officer at Eligo Recruitment, where Vicky focuses on supporting the business growth across core markets and leads the recruitment of experienced consultants. With experience in both recruitment and marketing, Vicky designs and implements strategic processes to enhance candidate search, brand growth, and revenue. Prior to this, Vicky worked as a Show Manager at Brand Events, producing consumer festivals, and as an Events & Marketing Recruitment Team Manager at Eligo Recruitment. Vicky also has experience in sponsorship account management and facilities project management. Vicky holds a degree in Communication & Cultural Studies with Media, Marketing, and Communications from the University of Leeds.
