Natallia Shkliaryk started their work experience in 2022 as a self-employed craftsperson, where they took a year to develop their creative side and made crafts using different techniques. Natallia sometimes sold their crafts. In 2023, they joined Elinext as a consultant in IT and software development, specializing in start-ups and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
