Olesia Zhin

Olesia Zhin has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Business Analyst at Elinext since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at AZ Books International from October 2012 to October 2015 as a Foreign Rights Manager/ Licensing Manager. In this role, they successfully managed a team and conducted contract negotiations with international clients and licensors. Olesia also represented the company at international book fairs and managed staff levels.

Before their role at AZ Books International, Olesia worked at UNDP from January 2008 to August 2009 as an Assistant Project Manager and as an Administrative Assistant from July 2006 to December 2007. In these roles, they provided administrative support, organized project evaluation missions, coordinated procurement activities, and edited reports for donors and implementing agencies. Additionally, they played a key role in organizing training and seminar activities, maintaining recruitment and travel processes, and coordinating international conferences.

Throughout their career, Olesia has demonstrated strong project management skills, financial and administrative expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Olesia Zhin participated in an IT Business Analysis Course at My Monday in 2019. In 2013, they completed a course on Creativity, Innovation, and Change through Coursera. Prior to that, they attended Minsk State Linguistic University for an unspecified period and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
