Pascal THOS has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different companies. Pascal started their career in 1995 as a Directeur de restaurant at El Rancho - Mexican Grill. Pascal then worked as the Director of Services Hôteliers at AVENANCE Santé from 1997 to 1999. Pascal joined Elior in 2000, where they held various positions including Responsable des Relations Clientèles, Responsable France des Achats Fruits, Légumes, poisson frais, and Responsable des Achats Transversaux France. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the Directeur de la Coordination Internationale des Achats, overseeing international contracts and partnerships. Most recently, Pascal has been the Group Direct Procurement Director at Elior Group since June 2018, responsible for international procurement efforts. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures and environments.

Pascal THOS has a diverse education history. In 1979-1981, they obtained a CAP in Cuisine classique from CFA Versailles. Pascal then pursued their passion for cooking and obtained a Diplôme de l'Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française in Cuisine-Création et management d'un restaurant from FERRANDI Paris in 1984-1988. In 1985, they also earned a BTH in Cuisine-Création et management d'un restaurant from Lycée d'Hôtellerie et de tourisme de Guyancourt. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, général from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School in 1993-1994. Finally, in 2006, Pascal attended HEC Paris for a CESA-Achats in Achats.
