Simon Doorbar

Simon Doorbar is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and catering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Elior UK since April 2024, Simon previously worked as a Regional Manager and Interim Head of Operations for Compass Group UK & Ireland from August 2021 to April 2024. Simon's management background includes general manager roles at Holiday Inn Express and Ramada Resort Park Hall Wolverhampton, as well as an operations manager position at Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre. Additional experience includes significant roles at Yarnfield Park Training and Conference Centre, Merlin Entertainments plc, Carden Park, and Club Getaway. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor and Leisure Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
