Clinical Director Of Community Crisis Stabilization at Eliot Community Human Services

Caitlin Rizza has extensive work experience in the field of mental health. Caitlin began their career in November 2017 as a Mental Health Specialist at Eliot Community Human Services. From there, they progressed to the role of Intensive Case Manager in July 2018 and later became a Clinical Supervisor in February 2021. After working as a Clinical Supervisor for a year, Caitlin was promoted to Assistant Team Leader in May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Clinical Director of Community Crisis Stabilization, which they started in January 2023. Prior to their work at Eliot Community Human Services, Caitlin served as an Intern at the Boston Municipal Court from September 2016 to May 2017.

Caitlin Rizza earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lasell University in 2017. Caitlin then pursued a Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University, which they completed in 2022.
