Ricardo Aldana

Ricardo Aldana has worked in the field of talent acquisition and employee engagement for several years. Ricardo started as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services in 2013 and worked there until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they served as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Copa Health. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement at Eliot Community Human Services, starting in 2023.

Ricardo Aldana earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2011. Ricardo completed their studies in the field of Psychology between the years 2008 and 2011.
