Michele Dougherty

Michele Dougherty serves as the Head of Regulatory Affairs Practice at ELIQUENT Life Sciences since January 2024, leading a team of eight in strategic regulatory consulting across a 65-person vertical. Previously, Michele held the position of President at DataRevive USA LLC from January 2019 to January 2024, where a turnaround of the regulatory consulting firm was achieved by leading multi-disciplinary teams in the US and China. Michele's career includes extensive roles at the FDA from August 2008 to November 2018, progressing from Product Quality Reviewer to Review Chief, overseeing regulatory review scientists and contributing to biosimilar product development. With a Ph.D. in Tumor Biology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Connecticut College, Michele's foundational experience began with research roles and internships in prominent institutions.
