Delphine Knaak

Delphine Knaak has extensive experience in quality management and operations improvement within the semiconductor and textile industries. Currently serving as Supplier Quality & Laboratory Manager at ELIS since June 2024, Delphine leads a team of 12 engineers and technicians, focusing on supplier quality, product development validation, and ISO 9001 certification coordination. Previously, at X-FAB from September 2017 to May 2024, Delphine held various managerial roles, including Operations Improvement Manager and Head of Module Engineering Department, where responsibilities included implementing project management systems, enhancing production reliability, and fostering employee development. Delphine's earlier career at Altis Semiconductor involved project management and marketing roles, emphasizing RF SOI technology development and strategic partnerships. Delphine holds an engineering degree in chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Clermont-Ferrand.
