Melanie Vache

Melanie Vache is an experienced project manager specializing in customer experience, currently working at ELIS since January 2020. In this role, Melanie focuses on data and reporting, having designed and deployed Power BI dashboards to enhance retention and Voice of the Customer initiatives, while collaborating with IT and BI teams. Prior to ELIS, Melanie held various marketing and project management positions, including a role at Eurofins Environnement France that involved improving customer experience and managing CRM processes. Other notable experiences include product management at Lidl Belgium & Luxembourg, and marketing coordination at NUMECA International and ALTEN BELGIUM. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Marketing from emlyon business school and an engineering degree in Chemistry from CPE Lyon.
