Yann Badier

Yann Badier is an experienced General Manager currently overseeing the Brixton plant at ELIS since October 2016, with full P&L responsibility for a £21 million budget and a staff of 300. Previously, Yann managed the Chatham plant, responsible for an £8 million budget and 140 staff members, and held the position of Operations Manager, leading production operations across multiple units with a team of 400. Early career experiences include managing professional clothing production for the healthcare sector and enhancing productivity in a controlled environment at STMicroelectronics. Yann holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers and a DUT in Mechanical Engineering and Production from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
