Randel Suurkask

Randel Suurkask has a diverse work experience that spans several years. In 2018, they worked as an independent contractor for Southwestern Advantage, where they gained valuable skills in direct sales and developed a strong work ethic by working long hours. Randel was later promoted to the role of Student Manager and took on responsibilities such as recruiting and training new salespeople. In 2019, they started their own business called RSK Investments OÜ. In 2020, they worked as an independent sales representative for Varjupaikade MTÜ, where they excelled in various sales techniques, including door-to-door, mall, telemarketing, and B2B. In 2021, they joined Timeffect as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, providing support to a startup in its early stages. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Developer at Elisa Eesti AS. Through their various roles, Randel has gained experience in sales, marketing, coaching, and software development.
