Kimmo Rissanen

Kimmo Rissanen has extensive experience in project management and telecommunications, currently serving as Project Offer Manager and Senior Project Manager at Elisa since 2016, a leader in telecommunications and digital services. Prior to Elisa, Kimmo worked as a Program Specialist at Onninen from 2013 to 2016, providing material and information flow solutions. Experience also includes a role as Project Manager at Esri from 2011 to 2013, focusing on geographic information systems, and a managerial position at Nokia from 1998 to 2011, involving mobile platforms and services. Kimmo began a career in the Finnish Air Force as a Corporal and Radar Mechanic from 1992 to 1997. Educational background consists of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Information Technology from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1994 and 1998.
