Jill Restino (Edwards)

Jill Restino (Edwards) has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2013 with an internship at Volvo Construction Equipment. During their time there, they were responsible for monthly reporting of KPIs for the Maintenance department's performance across the plant, overseeing the utilization of office space, supporting layout changes within AutoCad, leading procurement and planning for office equipment, and developing and maintaining work instructions and SOPs for their internship position.

In 2014, they moved to Ingersoll Rand as a Material Planner/Buyer.

In 2016, they joined Republic Wireless as an Operations Manager for their Relay Business Unit, where they were responsible for new product launches, demand planning, purchasing and inventory management, B2C fulfillment through direct e-commerce channel, B2B channel distribution, reverse logistics and returns center, domestic freight, international freight, and trade compliance. Jill also developed staffing models and managed strategic BPO relations to support high seasonality and demand variation with inbound support contacts, and surfaced and collaborated on UX changes to device and app driving 13% reduction in inbound support contact.

In 2020, Jill Restino (Edwards) joined Relay as a Senior Director of Operations. Jill was promoted to Director of Operations, where they were responsible for building and leading operations for their growing B2B product offering and customer base. Her responsibilities included having inventory available, delivered timely and accurately to customers, customer training and onboarding to drive strong account performance and adoption, developing frictionless methods and tactics for customers to remit timely payment, and serving as the voice of the customer internally advocating for UX changes, evolving features, and improvements to add further value for customers year after year.

Jill Restino (Edwards) holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Supply Chain Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
