Markus Kinnunen

Markus Kinnunen has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Vice President and CIO at Elisa since November 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing IT and Telco Services. Previously held roles at Elisa include Vice President of Cloud Services, Vice President of Service Assurance, and Head of Regions and Mobile Access Rollout, focusing on cyber security, automation, and 4G rollout initiatives. Kinnunen's earlier experience includes Head of Department for Network Operations, managing various telco operations, and Customer Care and NOC Manager for Saunalahti EUnet. Prior to Elisa, Kinnunen worked as a Network Engineer at Cygate. Kinnunen holds a Master of Business Administration (eMBA) from Aalto University and an Engineer degree from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
