Mervi Huoponen

Mervi Huoponen is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2014, Mervi has served as HR Manager at Elisa. Prior to this role, Mervi held the position of HR Director at Genworth from 2010 to 2013 and worked at GE Money from 2003 to 2009, where Mervi progressed from HR Generalist to HR Leader. Additionally, Mervi was HRD Manager and HR Manager at Basware between 2001 and 2003. Mervi began a career in human resources as Training Manager and Training Coordinator at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry from 1999 to 2001.
