Francesca (McGrory) Loftus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and community growth. Currently serving as the Head of Operations & Strategy at EliseAI, Francesca previously held multiple leadership roles at Alfred, including VP of Marketplace, VP of Community Growth, and Director of Community for Alfred and Alfred OS. As the CEO and Co-founder of HOM, acquired by Alfred, Francesca significantly contributed to the organization's growth and success. Earlier in the career, Francesca managed North American strategies for Techmeetups and performed as a Female Swing at the Shakespeare Theatre Company.
