Traci Clark

Traci Clark has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Traci is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Elite Alliance since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FIFCO USA as a Human Resources Business Partner from May 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Traci was the Human Resource Manager at forteq North America Inc. Before that, they held the position of Human Resource Generalist at Bergmann from February 2019 to July 2019. Traci's earlier work experience includes their role as an HR Business Partner at North American Breweries, Inc. from August 2015 to February 2019. Traci also had significant contributions during their tenure at RTS - Regional Transit Service, where they served as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS from April 2013 to July 2015. Traci held various other positions at RTS, including Recruitment and Retention Manager from April 2012 to April 2013, Manager of Employment Support Services from April 2006 to April 2012, and Senior Human Resources Generalist from August 2001 to April 2008.

Traci Clark obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Brockport in 1999. In 2014, they furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University.
