Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Elite Consulting Partners since May 2023, Kristine provides expert guidance and strategic advice to clients. Previous positions include Director of Strategic Initiatives at Amerihealth New Jersey Inc., where Kristine led high-budget projects and developed a three-year growth plan, and Manager of Broker Affairs at Independence Blue Cross, where Kristine enhanced broker operations and partnered with senior leadership. Kristine's earlier roles include Director of Operational Excellence at Corporate Synergies Group, Brokerage Manager at Brown & Brown Consulting, and Account Manager at Oxford Health Plans. Kristine holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Villanova University.
