Thomas Baldosaro

Thomas Baldosaro is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Elite Dental Partners since May 2023, Baldosaro is focused on enhancing efficiency and profitability for dental practices. In addition, Baldosaro works as a Financial Services Consultant at SCALE Healthcare, providing operational advisory services across ten states. Prior to these roles, Baldosaro held various leadership positions at Inspira Health Network for over two decades, culminating in the role of EVP and CFO, where responsibilities included financial oversight and long-range planning.
